ATTORNEYS Carl B. Tegtmeier   Carl B. Tegtmeier attended the Pennsylvania State University where he obtained his B.S. from the Smeal College of Business with a minor in Business Law. Upon graduation, while working full-time as a legal assistant and paralegal, he attended the evening division of Pace University School of Law and obtained his J.D., Cum Laude in May, 2009. He served as a summer intern at the Supreme Court State of New York, Appellate Division, Second Department. Since 1998, Mr. Tegtmeier has been actively involved in a non-profit agency which services families with children with disabilities. As an associate with Sanocki Newman & Turret, LLP, Mr. Tegtmeier engages in all aspects of pre-trial litigation, including depositions, motions and conferences in the Courts throughout the greater metropolitan area. He is admitted to practice before the New York and Connecticut State Courts.
